Puerto Maldonado tour 5D4N – Apu victor – Gamitana river

In this program we’ll visit the best of Puerto Maldonado, places like: Caimán Cocha (Lake of the Cayman), Lake Apu Victor, an ecosystem where plant species coexist as: The cedar, The copaiba, The aguaje and animal species such as: macaws, toucans , squirrels, otters and turtles, the monkey island, where we will see species of primates such as the Maquisapa, the puffin and capuchin. We will also visit Lost Cocha, where we will see species such as: otters, turtles, caimans and the legendary jaguar, known in the area as an Andean lion. In the afternoon we can visit the botanical garden of the lodge. Finally we will visit the Gamitana river or Briolo river, where we can swim, or practice sports fishing.

Reception – city tour – boat trip to the lodge – afternoon visit to Cayman Cocha – night at the lodge

Expedition trip to Lake Apu Victor – afternoon visit to Monkey Island – night at the lodge

DAY 3: LODGE – COCHA PERDIDA – LODGE

Expedition trip to lost Cocha – site exploration – visit to the botanical garden – night at the lodge

DAY 4: LODGE – GAMITANA RIVER

Boat trip to the gamitana river – you can do fishing, swimming or sighting – night at the lodge

DAY 5: LODGE – PUERTO MALDONADO

Pick up from the lodge and transfer by boat to Puerto Maldonado – transfer to the airport
