In this program we’ll visit the Colca canyon, as well as the main touristic places of Arequipa, such as the Sabandía mill, Chilina, Paucarpata, Huasacache, La Mansion del Fundador or Goyeneche Palace and the iron bridge. The Colca canyon is the main tourist destination of the Arequipa region, where the culture of the Collaguas, Cabanas and Wari was developed, during the trip to the Colca canyon we’ll also visit the Pampa Cañahuas National Reserve, the Patapampa viewpoint and the thermal baths of “La Calera”
GENERAL ITINERARY:
DAY 1: VISIT TO THE CITY
Pick up from the airport or bus terminal – In the afternoon visit to: Chilina, Paucarpata, Huasacache and La Mansion del Fundador, tingo, sachaca – return to Arequipa (tour duration: 3 hours approximately)
DAY 2: AREQUIPA – CHIVAY (NIGHT IN CHIVAY)
